Disney World! The Happiest Gluten-Free Place On Earth!
A truly magical experience!
Even during our lunch at the quick meal locations, as soon as I notified the staff that I had an "allergy" to
gluten the chef AND a manager came out to greet me immediately. They asked me what I wanted and told me that the meal would be made separately to avoid cross-contamination. They even cooked my fiance's french fries in a gluten-free safe area so I could steal a few from him.
The real treat, however, came when we ate at the 50's Prime Time Cafe in Hollywood Studios. A few weeks later and I'm still stuffed from that meal. I told the staff before we sat down that I had Celiac and could not have gluten. The marked the heck up out of our receipt and sent us on our way to our table.

After being scolded for elbows on the table and given homework assignment (which I'll ask you at the end, too) the chef's came out and told me about ALL of the options I could have... even fried chicken! But I opted for the chicken pot pie. It was everything I remember it tasting like. Of course there was no crust but the bread satisfied that feeling. Then..... dessert. All you really need to know is that I had a gluten-free chocolate brownie hot fudge sundae with caramel corn, Mickey Mouse sprinkles, and I don't even remember what else on there. And I ate every single last bite of it... solo. Then my niece and nephew wanted to go on more roller coasters. (Not suggested)

Now, for the homework... can you name all 20 Disney and Pixar movies that have 1 word titles?? Go for it. We were caught cheating and had to start all over. No mobile devices allowed.
