Jack Links! Mmmm Jerky.
Some flavors are gluten free
As an athlete, Jack Links are fantastic post-race snack. One of my favorite, in fact, so when I had to cut it out (or thought I did) I was definitely sad.
The gluten free flavors of Jack Links are: Sweet and Hot Beef Jerky, Beef Sticks and BBQ Steak Bars.
Jack Links website says, " If a common allergen is found in a product it will be listed on the ingredient statement or clearly identified beneath the ingredient statement on the package. If there is no allergen statement on the package, the product does not contain any known allergens. " They go on to say, "Any products made with wheat will be clearly identified, both in the ingredient statement and with an allergen statement following the ingredient listing."

Beware! The large sizes of these flavors, such as are found in airports, are not gluten free. This makes me distrust all of their products.
Thanks for the feedback! Good to know.
Wow! Thanks so much for this info. I bought the Sweet and Hot today without thinking, then got home and wanted to kick myself. I'm one of those weird people who attends Renaissance festivals, but the food they offer is never GF friendly, so I have to pack in. Jerky is really a guilty pleasure for me because I try to stay away from monosodium glutimate and nitrates, but it is good to know I won't spend the day in the privy from gluten if I eat this.
