Gluten Free Pizza is a rising trend (WOOHOO!)

I need to start this post by telling you all about my dream last night. The latest in my, all-to-common, gluten consuming dream series, I dreamt that I was eating pizza, the gluten kind. Not only did I eat one piece, but I walked around the food court filled with all different pizza vendors and ate pizza from pretty much all of them. Once I realized what I had done, I started to panic and run around the food court like a crazy lady. Then I woke up.

Namaste Food makes my fav pizza dough

I have pretty much tried every single pizza dough mix and Namaste Food makes by leaps and bound the best dough mix. We have started a tradition in our house, every Sunday night is pizza night (before eating "healthy" during the week starts) and this crust is a huge hit! The crust is seasoned with nine herbs and spices so you don't need to add any flavor, which with other mixes I find very bland.

It's easy to make. All you need to do is add water and oil, mixing it with beater and vóila! My only "complaint" about the dough is that it is very hard to spread evenly as it is super sticky. There isn't enough Pam in the world to help with the pizza shaping process. But, it's well worth the battle. The pizza's turn out full, crispy and oh so delicious! You can get the mix (along with a slew of other types of mixes) at Whole Foods.

It definitely gets the Gluten Free Stamp of Approval!
