P.F. Chang's

The ultimate Gluten Free experience

I'm salivating just thinking about the Singapore Street Noodles and Lettuce Wraps. As soon as you sit at your table, the waiters will ask you if anyone has an allergy. They'll immediately switch out your sauces to gluten free versions and bring you plates that are marked Gluten Free. P.F. Chang's goes above and beyond with their menu and accommodating any kind of allergy, especially Gluten! And the Flourless Chocolate Dome is a must.

Panera Bread

For a Quick Soup & Salad

I ate at Panera Bread so often that I am on a little break from it. My "go to" meal here is the Greek Salad with Chicken and Black Bean Soup. It's always consistent and haven't had any issue with any cross contamination, despite all of the bread being thrown around in there. I always let them know of my allergies beforehand so extra caution is taken with my food.

Chic-fil-A®

If you need to have fast food, this is it.

By far the best and widest variety of fast food gluten free menu available. They Grilled Chicken & Fruit Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette is a lunch time fav by us here at GlutenFreeAppetite.com.

Bonefish Grill

Big Gluten Free Assortment

This seafood chain offers a wide variety of gluten free options. The staff is always accommodating and happy to help make the right choices. We highly recommend the Scallops with Chimichurri Sauce with Herbed Jasmine Rice
